World Direct Link (“World Direct Link”) provides money transfer and related services. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of World Direct Link’s services by customers, agents (company-owned or independent), and partners. By using World Direct Link’s services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Responsibility for Delays: World Direct Link (referred to as “the Company,” “us,” or “we”) is not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
  • Refund Policy: Only the amount transferred is refundable. Service charges are non-refundable. Refund requests must follow our refund procedures.
  • Exchange Rate: The exchange rate for the transaction will be set by our payout partners when the recipient collects the funds. By using our service, the customer agrees to this method of determining the exchange rate.
  • Source of Funds: Customers must declare that their funds are not from illegal activities, such as money laundering or terrorist financing. The Company may investigate and report any suspicious activity to the authorities.
  • Liability Release: By completing a transaction, the customer releases the Company from any claims or liabilities, provided no complaints are made within 14 days of the transaction. After this period, the transaction is considered final and binding.
  • Compliance with Laws: The Company follows all relevant laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws. Customers, agents, and partners must also comply with these laws and cooperate with any compliance checks.
  • Agent and Partner Responsibilities: Our agents and partners must follow our policies and procedures, especially those related to customer verification and transaction processing. Non-compliance may result in termination of the agreement.
  • Confidentiality and Data Protection: We are committed to protecting customer privacy. All customer data will be handled according to our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
  • Modifications to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Customers, agents, and partners will be notified of any changes. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.
  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts in that jurisdiction.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. We will replace any invalid provision with a valid one that closely matches the intent of the original.
  • Intellectual Property: All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in connection with World Direct Link’s services are the property of World Direct Link or their respective owners. Customers, agents, and partners may not use these without prior written permission.
  • Customer Service and Communication: We are committed to providing excellent customer service. For inquiries, concerns, or complaints, please contact us through designated channels. We strive to address all communications promptly and effectively.
  • Force Majeure: World Direct Link is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, or widespread technology failures.
