These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the money transfer services of World Direct Link, Corp. (“WDL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) made available at WDL agent locations and any WDL-branded channels (collectively, the “Service”). By initiating a transaction or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Company & service overview

WDL is a U.S. money transmitter. We originate transfers in the United States and complete delivery through authorized payout partners abroad (e.g., cash pickup, bank deposit, or mobile wallet where supported). Availability of destinations, payout types, and delivery times varies by corridor and partner.

2) Eligibility & registration

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information about yourself and any recipient. You authorize WDL to verify information you provide and to make inquiries we consider appropriate for risk, fraud, and compliance purposes.

3) Using the Service

• KYC/CIP. Government-issued ID is required for each transaction. We may request additional information (e.g., SSN/ITIN, source of funds, purpose of transfer) based on risk and legal obligations.

• Sanctions & compliance holds. We screen senders, recipients, and transactions. We may delay, reject, or reverse a transfer to comply with law (e.g., OFAC) or our risk controls.

• Completion. A transfer is complete when funds are made available to the recipient by our payout partner using the method you selected. Completed transfers are typically irrevocable.

4) Fees, exchange rates, and disclosures

Before you pay, we disclose the transfer amount, our fee(s), the exchange rate (if applicable), estimated taxes/third-party fees, and the total to recipient. Fees and rates can vary by corridor, channel, amount, and payout method; the price on your receipt controls for that transaction.

5) Funding & payout

You may fund transfers with methods WDL accepts at the time of your transaction (e.g., cash at agents; other methods where available). Payout options depend on destination and partner capabilities. Recipient bank or wallet providers may impose their own limits, fees, or processing schedules.

6) Limits & additional review

We may impose per-transaction, daily, or aggregate limits and require supplemental documentation. We may refuse any transaction at our discretion consistent with law and our risk policies.

7) Cancellations, refunds & error resolution

You may be able to cancel before payout, within the time permitted by law and as stated on your receipt. If a transfer is not delivered as disclosed and you are entitled to a refund, we will refund as required. To report an error or request cancellation, use the instructions on your receipt or contact WDL Support (details in §12 and §13).

8) Compliance (BSA/AML/OFAC) & records

WDL maintains a risk-based compliance program with internal controls, training, independent review, and a designated compliance officer. We keep required records and may be obligated to file regulatory reports, we are prohibited from disclosing some filings to you.

9) Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service for unlawful or suspicious activity, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, evasion of sanctions, or activity that violates these Terms or our policies.

10) Service availability & delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays can occur due to compliance reviews, time zones, banking hours, system outages, or events beyond our control. Where required, we will provide the remedies available under applicable law.

11) Data privacy & security

We collect and use information to operate the Service and meet legal obligations, including identity verification, sanctions screening, and fraud prevention. We limit access to authorized personnel and service providers and protect data using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.

12) SMS Notifications

You agree that World Direct Link, Corp has the right to send you automated transactional SMS notifications (e.g., payment confirmations) to the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WDL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from the Service or delays beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws or our obligations under remittance rules.

15) Changes to the Service & to these Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you authorize a transfer applies to that transfer. Updated Terms will be posted in our channels.

16) Governing law

These Terms are governed by U.S. federal law and, where not preempted, the law of the state in which your transaction is initiated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

17) Miscellaneous

• Agents/payout partners. Authorized agents accept funds and information on our behalf; international delivery is completed by our payout partners. WDL remains responsible for the Service as required by law.

• Entire agreement; severability. These Terms and your receipt are the entire agreement for your transaction. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

• No assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent.

• Language. If translated, the English version controls.
